Dropbox officially reports to support Ubuntu and Fedora, while other Linux could (generally) work.
From the OpenSUSE repository, I've installed dropbox-cli, then run the installed software, that warns me to download the proprietary daemon.
Once the donwload is completed, a dialog (like the Windows one) appears driving you through the usual procedure.
When the sync starts, you get the dropbox icon in your tray and a Nautilus window on your desktop (one more file browser :( - however, dolphin works as well), and, of course, your linux-box is properly identified in your dropbox account.
